Missed Collections
If you have missed a collection please fill out the below form with a new collection date, do not use this form for failed deliveries, please contact details on the card. Please inform us using the below form before 9am the day of your new collection as this ensures the new information reaches our depot in time.
If you have made an error when entering the address and need to change this, please email delivery@paisleyfreight.com.
There is a standard charge of £9.99 for each collection attempt, should you wish to cancel the booking we will refund the booking minus the initial £9.99.
For pallets, a re-delivery or missed collection requires the full amount to be paid due to the service, we will call before attempting collection or delivery to ensure the service is successful.
